Aim In Life
Future Plan of Life
A
proverb goes that a man without an aim is like a ship without a rudder. A ship
without rudder faces danger. Similarly, a man without an aim cannot reach his
goal. He stumbles in his way of life. So everyman should have a definite aim. But
nothing is more difficult than the choice of a profession Different persons
have different aims. Some wants to be doctors, some wants to be engineers and
other wants to be teachers and so on. But I have a different aim in life.
From my childhood I had an
intense desire for becoming a teacher. My father inspired me to take this
profession. I have also got inspiration from my teachers. Their inspiration has
left an effect on me and I have understood that no profession is nobler than
teaching. If anyone wants to serve the country, he should become a teacher.
Because a teacher is a nation builder. Most of the village people of our
country are illiterate. They do not know how to read and write. As a result,
they are suffering for ignorance. It is the main barrier on the way of our
development. So, I want to give them the light of education and make them good
citizens of the country. For all these reasons I have decided to become a
teacher.
To be a good teacher I have
to prepare myself first. After passing SSC and HSC I shall get myself admitted
into a well-known university. I will complete my Honours and Master degree
there. Then I will complete B. Ed and M. Ed from a Teachers’ Training College
or a University. When I have completed my course of studies, I like to join a
Govt. High School. As a result, I will have to work in different parts of the
country. I want to be a modern teacher. Instead of traditional way of teaching
my teaching method will be ICT based. I will also ensure quality education to
the students.
A man’s success in life does
not depend on the money that he has piled up but on his contribution to the
nation. So, my decision to be a teacher is good for the nation.
